Specialist Material Expertise

Our expertise lies in the procurement of specialised ferrous alloys designed for exceptional durability in extreme thermal and mechanical environments:

• SG Iron (Spheroidal Graphite / Ductile Iron): Offers superior tensile strength and ductility compared to standard grey iron, making it essential for safety-critical components.

• SiMo (Silicon-Molybdenum Iron): Engineered for high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance. It is the material of choice for components such as turbo housings and exhaust manifolds.

• Ni-Resist: An austenitic nodular iron alloyed with nickel to provide outstanding resistance to corrosion, growth, and oxidation at temperatures up to 925°C.

• A.D.I. (Austempered Ductile Iron): A high-strength, wear-resistant material that provides a cost-effective alternative to steel forgings while maintaining excellent impact resistance.
